Precision Grading Specialists (“PGS”) is a DBA (“doing business as” name) of Gravel Driveway Recovery LLC. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Precision Grading Specialists and Gravel Driveway Recovery LLC. Both businesses use the same customer records.

When you ask for an estimate on this website, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the property address, the service you need and any notes you add. We use them to contact you about your project, set up a site visit and prepare a quote. Your request goes into Jobber, the software we use to keep customer records, quotes and jobs.
As you type a property address on our form, Google Maps suggests matching addresses. To do that, the letters you type in the address box are sent to Google. Picking a suggestion is optional. Google handles that information under the Google Privacy Policy.
We use Google Analytics to see how people find and use our website, such as which pages are visited, what kind of device is used, the general area a visit comes from and which site sent you here. It uses cookies. We do not send your name, phone number, email or address to Google Analytics. You can block it with Google’s opt-out add-on or your browser’s cookie settings. If you message our Facebook page, our automated chat assistant may answer first. It asks for your name, phone number, email, the property address and what you need, and it may accept photos you send, so it can create a quote request for us in Jobber. A person on our team follows up. Messages sent through Messenger are also handled by Meta under the Meta Privacy Policy.
If you fill out one of our request forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us the answers you give (such as your name, phone number, email, ZIP code and project details), and we add them to Jobber so we can follow up.
If you text us, or give us your number and ask us to reach you, we may call or text you about your request, your estimate and your job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop our texts at any time. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their marketing.
If you apply for a job on our Now Hiring page, your application and any résumé you upload are stored by our website host, Netlify, and emailed to us. We use them only to consider you for work.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work: Jobber (customer records), Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Google (address suggestions and website analytics), Meta (Facebook Messenger and Facebook and Instagram forms), our business phone and text provider, and the automation tools that pass requests from our chat assistant and Facebook forms into Jobber (if a request can’t be delivered, they keep a backup copy so it isn’t lost). We may also share information when the law requires it.
We keep customer records for as long as we need them for your estimate and job and for our business and tax records, unless you ask us to delete them.
To see, correct or delete the information we have about you, call or text (931) 400-8188 and tell us what you’d like done. We’ll confirm it’s you, then make the change. We may keep anything the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and tax records.
This website is for adults planning land work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
